REGISTRATION & PAYMENT
To register for classes, click the “Register Now” button on the class web page or visit our online registration system (PCR) directly at https://webappsca.pcrsoft.com/Clue/Summer-Camp-Login/23402. For OES parents, use your parent portal log-in and password to sign in or visit the OES parent portal and click the “Summer” tab.
Programs will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis upon completing the online registration. Classes will not allow registration when full.
Payment: Payment is due at time of registration. Payments can be made by credit card (Master Card or Visa) or by e-check. All classes include a $50 non-refundable deposit which will not be refunded upon cancellation or class switches.
Financial Aid: If full payment poses a hardship, please fill out the following form to request assistance. OES SUMMER FINANCIAL AID FORM
Cancellations: Classes may be cancelled per class prior to May 1, minus the $50 non-refundable deposit. After May 1., no refunds can be made.
Switching Classes: Class fees may be transferred to the cost of new class reservations through May 31. Beginning June 1, the $50 non-refundable deposit will be withheld.
Wait List: If a class is full, e-mail the OES Summer Office at email@example.com to be placed on a wait list. Please list your name, your student’s name, and the class. You will be notified as space becomes available and may transfer from classes to the open space at no cost.
Registration Cut-off Date: Registration will be accepted up to the starting date of the class.
Low Enrollment Cancellation: If a class does not meet minimum enrollment requirements two weeks before the start of the camp, it will be cancelled. You will be given a full refund or the ability to transfer fees to another class.
Cancellation may be made before May 1st for a $50 fee per class, and after that date no refunds can be made without a documented medical issue. This is a strict policy, as we incur costs from each financial transaction, staffing to accommodate cancellations, and reserving space in classes.
The safety of your child is of the utmost concern to us. We maintain a low student-to-faculty ratio, which enables us to provide close supervision. In addition, most of our teachers have current CPR and First Aid training. We are a nut-aware campus, due to the severity of nut allergies for many children, so please do not bring food containing nuts onto the OES campus.
Field trips are an integral part of our summer programs. These off-campus trips offer the opportunity to reinforce concepts and experiences explored on the campus, and they are fun! Admission fees and transportation are included in the cost of each camp. We maintain a high adult-to-student ratio on these trips. Parents are welcome to meet us at our destination.
