This summer’s camp will focus on teaching young aspiring athletes speed, agility and quickness techniques. The camp participants will be tested daily through drill participation (i.e. relays, short sprints and team building activities). Repetitive station drills will further develop and enhance skills that will be transferable in other sport(s) participation. http://liftspeed.com/

All students attending Before and After camp, AM and PM camps will be supervised during transitions.
