Learn how to leverage the genuine presence of inspiration to overcome blocks and fears and connect more deeply with the music, the audience, and your own self. Using principles of mindfulness for increased inner awareness, this workshop provides tools to succeed not only on stage, but in all other areas of life as well.
The class includes brief group meditations, self-exploration, individual practice, coaching, and performance opportunities in a safe, supportive environment. Also included are Practice Room Meditations for Enhanced Performance.
*Lunch will be provided for all morning and all day classes from 12pm-12:45pm. Lunch supervision will be provided for students PreK-8th grade.
