Welcoming the world of storytelling through the magic of puppets, students will learn how to create Rod and Marionette puppets. After receiving a brief history of puppetry, they will learn two types of construction making puppets out of a self-hardening clay. The puppets will be painted, costumed, and marionettes strung. Character development and puppet manipulation is also a part of this class. Each student will leave with two Rod puppets, one marionette puppet, and much laughter!

*Lunch will be provided for all morning camps PreK- 8th grade and full day ccamps. Bon Appetit manages the OES Dining Hall and specializes in fresh, local ingredients. Please see the Summer Lunch tab or for more information.

Cost: $250

All students attending Before and After camp, AM and PM camps will be supervised during transitions.
