Become a garden food adventurer in this hands-on cooking class! Sharpen your culinary skills and learn how to whip up sweet and savory treats using locally grown food– from the OES garden (which we’ll explore and tend to daily) as well as food from local farms. Ever made your own pesto? Popsicles? Hand-rolled pasta? In this course, we’ll EXPLORE foods that are in season and delicious, learning both in the garden and in the kitchen. Get ready to try new things and walk away from the week with new favorite foods! All are welcome to join us for both of these tasty camps in the morning and afternoon.
All students attending Before and After camp, AM and PM camps will be supervised during transitions.
