Have you ever wanted to hike into Cascades, pitch a tent, sleep by a lake, cook a meal in the great outdoors, learn to filter your own water from a stream, and navigate your own route with a map and compass (and GPS)?  This program will spend two days of instruction and preparation at OES where you will learn about the specifics of the equipment and trip itself. Then we will head out for a three day/ two-night backpack trip at a nearby wilderness location.

If you have a program specific question please contact the Experiential Education Coordinator Tom Handel at handelt@oes.edu or 503-416-9359.

Cost: $450
