Fine Arts & Crafts

For Altered Books we transform used hardcover books that would otherwise be headed to the landfill, into original works of art. Several new techniques are introduced each day. We will use a variety of art media on the pages, including collage, oil pastels, watercolor, acrylic paint and montage. This is an exciting and absorbing week, upcycling discarded books to create one of a kind treasures. In addition, you can hand write or draw accounts of your life to fill out an Autobiography, detailing important dates, people and places in your life.

*Lunch will be provided for all morning camps PreK- 8th grade and full day camps. Bon Appetit manages the OES Dining Hall and specializes in fresh, local ingredients. Please see the Summer Lunch tab or oes.cafebonappetit.com for more information.

Cost: $250

All students attending Before and After camp, AM and PM camps will be supervised during transitions.
